Through classes, workshops, trainings and retreats all over the world, I hope to curate nourishing experiences for students to feel more embodied, inspired and empowered in their everyday lives.

Gratitude Weekend Retreat

November 15-17, 2024

Join me and Nat Kendall for a nourishing and spacious weekend of yoga, meditation, chanting and nature time, as we explore how our practice(s) can support us in cultivating grace and gratitude in our everyday lives. Classes will be a mix of soulful vinyasa, slow flow, and restorative yoga, with daily dharma talks, journal prompts, and plenty of time for rest and relaxation. This weekend is all about slowing down, turning in and cultivating grace and gratitude in our everyday lives.
