My mission is to share Yoga as a living practice; one that can support each of us in cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves, each other and the world at large.
Through classes, workshops, trainings and retreats all over the world, I hope to curate nourishing experiences for students to feel more embodied, inspired and empowered in their everyday lives.

In Person Classes
I teach weekly classes in both San Francisco and Marin. Classes are a mix of Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Restorative.
